Wounds do not heal
I know what it is to want to claw your face off. Physical wounds give definition to pyschic pain.

1. Get laid.
2. Get help.
I did get laid. That made it much worse. Won't be doing that again for a good long time. I'm going to counselling. It helps a lot, but it's a long painful process. I have much to recover from.
